The Player Version of the map for Death House is missing from https://www.dndbeyond.com/compendium/adventures/cos/appendix-b-death-house#AreasoftheHouse. Also, the map provided is much smaller than others. Mike Schley released these for free at: http://prints.mikeschley.com/p678546160/h61fadc4d#h61fadc4d so it's a bit odd that they aren't present on DDB.
