I've published two Homebrew items and try to give them to my friend in a campaign I DM. My unpublished Homebrew items will show up for him, but not the ones I've published.
However, *both of us* have a DM subscription. I bought mine yesterday because I thought it will fix the problem, but it didn't. My friend's had his for a while.
Once homebrew is published, the rules on how it is accessed change slightly, as it is now a community resource.
It should be visible for that character, and possible to add, if either one of the following is true:
The user has a hero subscription or master subscription AND the user has added the homebrew to their own collection, using the ADD TO COLLECTION button on the page for the item.
Another user in the campaign has a master subscription AND that user has enabled content sharing for the campaign AND that user has the item in their collection.
I hope that helps!
I can't see any issues with either the item or the character that would prevent the item being added.

Any ideas?
Could you link your friend's character sheet and the homebrew you're trying to add please, so a moderator can take a look?

I had not enabled Content Sharing for the campaign. It works now that I have. Thanks!
