Hey is there a way anyone can help me? I just bought something from Guide to Wildemount, but I can't access it. I went to try to access something else I had before, but still couldn't access anything I bought. I says I have bought it, but I still can't access it. Can anyone till me how to look at it, or at least give me a refund for the content I bought?
I'm actually having the same problem, I just bought the subclasses and all of the spells from EGTW but even though I've made a chronurgy wizard character at level 6 and critical role content is enabled I can't find any of the spells when trying to add them to the sheet.
If you have just bought the content (i.e. within the last hour or so), sometimes it can take a while to show up in your account.
Wiffer17, have you turned Critical Role content on for the character in question? And how, exactly, are you trying to access content?
One thing for both of you to try: click on your user name in the upper right corner of this page; choose account, then the marketplace tab. If it says you need to sync entitlements, click the sync button.
Nhari: if you are looking through the list after clicking "Manage spells," you should know that the list isn't exactly alphabetical, even though it looks to be: if you scroll past Witch bolt, you will see that there's a new batch of spells listed alphabetical, and then another list that starts after that one (at least if one has as much of the content as I do). Try searching for the spells you want using the search box.
For both of you, if those suggestions don't fix it for you, I would suggest you both 1) make a support request and 2) post the links to your affected characters so the moderators can take a look.
Thanks ArwensDaughter. It turned out some spells were only showing when adding from the character sheet, and some were only showing when adding from the character editor page (going in through the anvil icon) which is weird and probably not what should happen, but I got them onto my sheet so oh well and I can't remember which was which now. In the end there was only one spell I couldn't find at all when I tried either way that I thought I should have (Magnify Gravity) so I just created a spell for it myself.
Wildermount is Matt Mercer's world so you'll have to make sure you've enabled Critical Role content on the Character Builder as ArwensDaughter mentioned. If not this then I think something weird may be going on.
It's not that I can't use it for a character. It's that I can't view it AT ALL. It says I've bought it, but every time I click on it it takes me to the store page, not the content I bought.

Did you check to see if your entitlements are in sync as I suggested above?
Just to be extra thorough, you said it says you have bought it. I presume, for example, when you go to the location where you can check entitlements and scroll down to “current product licenses” do you see Wildemount there?
i ask because frequently the cause of what you report is someone inadvertently multiple accounts here. They buy the source on one account and then try to use it on the other. But if you can see it listed there, that’s not the cause. Your next move is then probably to contact support.
I guess it is the same problem I am having. Because I already had bought the Oath of Glory from another book, when I bought Tashas's I couldn't use it. Is there a way to deactivate what we bought?

Probably related to this from the TCoE Support thread.
SOURCE TOGGLES. Note that some of the subclasses presented in Tasha's Cauldron of Everything, have been previously published in other sourcebooks, such as Mythic Odysseys of Theros. On D&D Beyond, content is primarily sourced to the first sourcebook where it appeared. This means for subclasses such as Bard: College of Eloquence, or Paladin: Oath of Glory, you will need to enable the source toggle for "Magic: the Gathering Content" to use these subclasses.

What's the process for this?

Yea. I didn't see anything saying to sync my stuff.

Thank you!
It worked. =)
