bought the tortle package 40 minutes ago and it hasnt been added to my account yet. card was charged but there is no transaction listed on my dndbeyond account. any help?
I dont know if I have the same issue, but I bought "Gloomstalker" and "Zephyr Strike" spell, but I cant yet chose "Gloomstalker" in the char generator - I can only chose "Hunter". Maybe I do something wrong?
One thing to check is to go to https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace and look at the top section; Account Entitlements. When you've made a new purchase, sometimes your entitlements don't immediately sync up. If this is the case, you'll see a 'sync entitlements' button. Clicking that should, in most cases, resolve this issue.
Thanks - cant seem to find that "menu" or "Link" in the Marketplace. However I do see that the items I bought yesterday is still listed under "Order Transactions" and not yet under "Current product licenses".

Account Entitlements is the very first section of the page (that DaveDamon linked to that lists “Order Transactions” and “Current Product Licenses.” I’m not sure what you you mean by not finding that “menu.” Dave Damon said nothing about a menu, nor did he use the word link, although he does provide a link. Note: while the link includes the word Marketplace, the page he pointed you to is not found under the Marketplace menu above instead, you get to it by tapping on your user name in the upper right corner of this page, choosing account and the the Marketplace tab
I think I'm having a similar problem, I've ust bought the players handbook and the DMG and created a new campaign but my players can't use the new options while they are available to me.

Sorry if my steps weren't the clearest. What you want to do is:
Click your profile picture in the top right (on mobile) or mouse (over on desktop)
Select Account
From the list of options that go from left to right, select 'Marketplace', (you can click this link to go there directly) this should be the second-to-last option, between Email Preferences and Mobile Devices at the end
From that menu, look for the Account Entitlements
If everything is in sync, you'll see "Your entitlements data is in sync! You should have nothing to worry about, but contact our Support Team if you're having problems accessing your purchased con"
If your entitlements are out of sync, there will be a button that says 'Sync Entitlements'
Once synced, wait a little bit (up to 15 minutes in some cases) for everything to update.
If either your entitlements are in sync, or syncing them doesn't fix it after waiting, I'd recommend contacting customer services here

Does the campaign have content sharing enabled. If so, if you access the content management menu is sharing for the Player's Handbook and Dungeon Master's Guide turn on?

Thanks for making me open my eyes! :) Now I do see it :) It says all is synced and I am good. But still cant chose to use my Gloomstalker when creating a char.
Hmm - I think it might be an issue with Paypal? I just checked the order status and seems like it didnt go thru. So I tried again. Went thru checkout and chose Paypal - got to enter my password and approve the payment, but then it just closes and apparently I am not paying? I cant see the amount substracted from my PayPal account. Will go ahead and try with creditcard instead and just hope that I wont pay x3 if the 2 failed Paypal attempts suddenly goes thru.
What level is your ranger? Gloom stalker is a ranger archetype, and rangers don’t get their archetype until 3rd level.
He is level 5. But I think its because I havnt completed the transaction actually. Its just weird... seems like some kind of bug. Iam trying to buy it again now.

My mistake, I needed the master subscription before it became available to the players.
My issues is also solved! Thanks for responding! And sorry for hi-jacking the thread! :)
