So the first off, I have TCoE and have the "Customize your Origin" feature active on a wizard of mine. Should an option for the Custom Lineage described in the first chapter of the book be available? Because if it is, it is not showing.
The second problem, is that the Gnome, when selected on the character builder, only shows the Gnome Cunning and the subclass-unique features on the builder. None of the ability score increases or languages show or anything.
In the first post of the support thread for Tasha's (a pinned post in this forum), it is explained that they do not currently support the Custom Lineage sidebar in the builder. To use that, you will need to homebrew something. Some folks have had luck using the variant human as a template in the homebrew editor to create something.
As for the Gnome issue, if you are referring to the popup that appears when you. click on a subrace on the race page, you are correct that the subrace specific ability score increase and some other specifics do not appear in that summary (although the parent race specific ASIs do). It's a limitation of the way the builder is coded or the database or both. But if you choose the race, all those details will be included on the character sheet, and the ASIs will show up in the right spot on the Abilities tab of the builder.
I have two problems. Here goes:

Can you please check both out?
