It could just be me but it does appear that there is no support for adding the Mizzium Apparatus magic item to a character.
I realise that its a very complex item, is that why it is not present as an option? Should we just homebrew it?
Have you turned on Magic The Gathering content for the character?

Yes I have.
I can see it on a test character. Have you checked your entitlements? Click on your user name in the upper right corner. Choose account, then the marketplace tab. If it says you need to sync entitlements, click the sync button.

Ok, I will check that, maybe I’ve got my campaigns messed up. That would make sense.
