So this could be a misunderstanding or something on my part but I purchased a subscription and the players bundle to give DNDB a try and I was trying to create characters in the players app and none of that material is showing up in my sources. Like I said I am new to how this all works (I am a mostly book and pencil kind of dude) but am I missing something simple or did I just buy digital versions of these books. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you

Make sure you have signed in properly in your player app and that you are using the same account that you have signed through the website and the app. A lot people inadvertently create two separate accounts such as by signing in on their computer with Twitch and then signing in on their mobile device with Google.
The only other thing I can think of is to go your account's marketplace page and sync your entitlements.
I will double check my log in again both the app and here say the same name but I will try that. Is there a specific way to sync entitlement? I click on the account part and it says everything is in sync

If it says you are in sync, you should be good there. It may be a server caching issue. But another question to ask: did you buy the compendium only option or the whole "book" here?
There are actually two DnDBeyond apps. Which is probably the confusion. There is the DnDBeyond Player app which allows you to view your characters and the DnDBeyond App which lets you view compendium content. Below are links to both in the Apple and Google app stores.
Yeah I have both apps I was under the impression they communicated with each other but I guess I was wrong on that? I bought the player bundle that was on sale and assumed it went hand and hand

Oh.. I didn't know there was a compendium only option. I bought the player bundle that was on sale. That could very well be the problem then. It loads up just fine on the other app not the player app. I thought they communicated with each other that would be my bad
If you bought the bundle you bought the full book, not the compendium-only option. Did you double check that you're logged in with the same account on both? You want to check the email and the login type (you could log out and log in again just to be sure - doing this on the player app might also be worth trying anyway), not just the username. Also, see if you have access on a browser, and not the app.

I did log out of both apps a couple times and logged back in with Google on both like I normally do. I will have to check my computer browser at some point I am on mobile right now.

So looking on my desktop and browser access I can't pull any of that stuff up on here either. I logged out of both apps and on the browser logged back in with my google account on all of them like I have been and still nothing is showing up in character builder at all. Is there something I am missing? Account Entitlement is up to date... current product license says player bundle... I am at a loss.
Can you verify whether you're logged in with the right account that made the purchase? If you are, and everything else looks to be set up, please reach out to our support team: https://dndbeyond.link/SubmitTicket

I logged out of everything several times and relogged in with the Google option everything is under the same Google Account and still nothing. I sent a ticket in Sunday night just waiting to hear back from support
After some fiddling around with it and realizing what I had bought I do have access to the content. I was looking for specific stuff and realized that it was missing because thats not what I bought. Like I said new to this whole thing but I think I got it figured out. Thank you everyone who was just trying to help me out. Appreciate it
