I created a set of armor and put it on my character but it game me disadvantages on a lot of items. I think this is because I can only use light and medium armor. How do you change the armor type to light?
When you create a homebrew magic item you choose the base item during creation. You just have to choose a light armor as the base armor.Also, here is a link to the homebrew section of the forums that have guides on everything that you'd need to know.
