I just bought Xanathars guide, but in character builder, none of the material is unlocked. Any idea what the problem is?

Sometimes it takes a bit to register. Yptry clicking on your user name in the upper right, choose account, then marketplace iicheck account entitlements. If it says you need to sync, click the cynic button.
