A feat called rekindling shows up in my character builder but nowhere else on the site (including my homebrew collection) and doesn’t come up in a Google search. What is this? It seems too OP to be legal but I’m just curious where it’s coming from.
Something unbalanced that isn't in an official source? Definitely homebrew. Homebrew collections are automatically shared in campaigns. You can turn off homebrew in character settings.

Is the character in question in a campaign? It is almost certainly home in the collection of someone else in the campaign.

Hello there SnifflingSorlax,
Are you building your character inside a campaign? If yes, it could be homebrew from another player in the campaign.
