artificer and dragon wrath weapon

hey does any one know if a stirring Dragon Wrath weapon is meant to not be able to be chosen with the the artificer replicate magic item? i see similar ones like the vessel and the focus but the weapon doesn't seem to be a choice

Yeah, if you look closely at the options, you can only create Common magic weapons and armor that aren't explicitly on the recipe list.  The catch-all for Uncommon and Rare are explicitly limited to Wounderous items.
