From a real crunchy number perspective? Great Weapon Master. Advantage on attack rolls with reckless attack is typically going to mitigate the -5 to your roll. And a flat +10 damage to each hit is bonkers, and you're gonna see boss fights pretty much melt.
Tough or +2 Con, aren't bad options by any means, it's just that as the barbarian, your HP pool is already more substantial than most others, and it'll get you through alright. That said, if melting boss fights seems a little un fun in how much quicker fights are going to end, I'd take the +2 Con over Tough, because you'd get some more HP AND your Con save improves.
GWM is a pretty busted feat, not gonna lie, though it's way more fair on a barbarian than it is on Battle Master for sure.

18, 14, 16, 8, 10, 10 stats.
So I'm stuck between 3 good choices.
+2 CON for the bump in health, AC, and ST.
Tough for even more health. (101 vs 93 if I take the +2 CON)
or GWM to take advantage of reckless attack and hope to get more attacks in often.
Since I don't have any odd stats, I feel Orcish Fury would be a wasted feat for that little bit extra damage.
Why is +2 STR not among the choices? That is the correct answer...
Otherwise, +2 CON.
Even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in awhile.
+1 to hit and and damage doesn't seem that important right now when I can improve my character in other ways.
