Bonuses to Str and Con, a bonus action gore attack with the horns after a dash so nothing ever gets away (keeping up the attack also helps you maintain rage), super good on action economy all around with the basically free shove via spending your reaction. All these things synergize super well with the strengths of a barbarian, so absolutely yes it's pretty good. The only downside is being affected by both hold person and hold monster and other such similar spells that effect either humanoids or monstrosity.

It's not much of an issue considering all other playable races are humanoid and as far as I can tell there are no spells that specifically target monstrosities. Monstrosities aren't subject to Protection From Evil and Good, Magic Circle, Dispel Evil and Good or Hallow, and spells like Charm/Hold/Dominate Person affect playable minotaurs just like any other race.
You might run into minor issues if a spell like Glyph of Warding is set to trigger against monstrosities, but that seems unlikely.
This sounds like a really solid choice and should fit nicely with the Barbarian. It also sounds like it could be a lot of fun RP'ing a monstrosity in town :)
It's incredible. The 40' move makes them potentially the fastest race out there (that I've seen at least), powerful build is insane on a high Str character (it casually DOUBLES what you can push, pull, lift, or carry), Darkvision is a giant pain if you don't have it and they do, and so on.
Note however that many variants of "minotaur" float around, so it's helpful to know which one you're talking about. I'm talking about the one actually listed on this site as shown here:
However others appear to be mentioning traits this version does not have and referencing other variants, which I'm seeing online as credited as being from the same source this one is being credited from. As I don't have UA myself, I'd love to know which version you are referencing, and what you're actually playing as.
For my adventure, i am using a minitoar barbarian, is that good?
