He clearly is using battleaxes as his calculation shows d8. But dual welding a weapon only allows a single bonus attack and doesn't add your str modifier unless you have two-weapon fighting style from fighter or ranger.
to do this, you'd be better off going 1st level fighter for the two weapon fighting style, then 4 levels in barbarian to get the dual wielder feat, but you'd only be able to wield one-handed weapons, so up to a battle ax.
By 5th level (fighter 1 / Barbarian 4) You'd have one attack per action still, since you'd have to get to level 5 in either fighter OR barbarian before you get the additional attack per action, and it's only 1 additional attack. I feel like you're assuming that since you have two weapons, you get another attack with both, which is incorrect.
You'd have one attack per standard action, and one bonus action attack if you took the attack action during that turn. So two attacks. Once you hit 5th in either barbarian or fighter, it would allow you to attack twice per standard action, but still only once per bonus action (since that never gets any more than one).
So I want to be a beyblade of death using 2 Greataxes and the dualwielding feat. so that would be at lvl. 5
2*2(d8+5(str mod) +2(Rage Mod))
4d8 +28 if all 4 attacks hit.
Is this a viable build?
Dual-wielding doesn't double the number of attacks you can make, it merely gives you the chance to use your bonus action to make one additional attack. So at Level 5 you'd have:
Attack Action, 1st Attack - 1d8+Str+2
Attack Action, 2nd Attack - 1d8+Str+2
Bonus Action Attack - 1d8+2
And you wouldn't get that Bonus Action Attack on the same turn you use to begin Raging, since you use your Bonus Action to Rage.
If you're just looking for the highest damage output, you can fill up a spreadsheet with all the math(and some people have done it already), but none of the choices are so egregiously inferior that they should take precedence over what you think fits your character and what will be fun for you.

The Dual Wielder feat doesn't give you the ability to wield two-handed weapons in one hand.
^ What Inquisitive said, and also, I am not quite sure where you are getting four attacks from. Maybe three from Path of the Berserker, but... 4?

Attack: 1d8+5(str)+2(rage); 1d8+5(str)+2(rage); Bonus action: 1d8+2(rage)
total of 3d8 + 17 if all attacks hit or an average of 31, or 36 if you have two-weapon fighting style.
