Strength, Con and Charisma will be your focus, in that order. Strength for attacks and Barbarian rage abilities, Con to absorb the damage and Charisma for the performance and hyping the crowd (Str/Con is for winning the battle but determining how flashily you succeeded, how much interest your fight gained and how much money you earn will be based on a Performance check). For the remaining 3, Dex and then Wis or Int are not much. I mean, choosing to be a Gladiator - where you risk your life constantly for very little reward - is neither wise nor intelligent (there's a reason most gladiators in history were actually slaves or prisoners). Dex will have use for you for Intiative but not much else: your defense is largely your Con or Armour, maybe a shield, and your damage resistance.

if you were making a barbarian gladiator how would you distribute your ability points?

Dont forget the " ARE YOU ENTERTAINED ?! " after every crit... ;)
Totally will have to remember that. Lol
Maybe that will become his quote for when he finishes his opponent
You have made a very grave mistake my friend, it is not "ARE YOU ENTERTAINED ?!" it is "ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED!?".
(I am looking at every thread on the Barbarian Forum.)
