Quick question, being a Goliath allows me to effectively act as if I have double the strength for lift, carry and push, pull, drag. If i take bear at 6th does that double the my already doubled lift, sounds almost ridiculous. E.G. 20 strength goliath is 600 carry and 1200 drag, bear totem 1200 carry 2400 drag. Just wondering...
You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.
Totem Warrior - Aspect of the Beast:
You gain the might of a bear. Your carrying capacity (including maximum load and maximum lift) is doubled, and you have advantage on Strength checks made to push, pull, lift, or break objects.
Those look fully stackable to me!
Normally your carrying capacity is your Strength score multiplied by 15, so this combination would presumably be Strength score multiplied by 60!
I did this recently, my DM didn't see any issues because it was a fairly niche ability (I dropped part of a rampart on besiegers, I got a wagon unstuck from mud, I was able to help up a really heavy PC). He did get nervous when I grabbed and restrained his flying spellcaster though!

Yeah, but couldn't that last bit be done by anyone with a decent Str and a good roll? Not like you INTENDED for that to be your thing...

It could unless the target was two sizes larger than you. That character was specifically built to have massive lift, carry etc capacity but also to be capable of grappling Gargantuan creatures.
Mentioning the grapple was just anecdotal, a fond memory.

I would love to see some of the RP from a character like this.
"How much are we going to get paid for this job?"
"As much as a strong man can carry."
"My strong man or yours?"
*Your strong man proceeds to lift a cartload of gold and put it on his shoulder*
'Right! I got this...someone grab my kit and we'll be off!'
You can then multiclass into rune knight for another doubling and enlarge after that for a huge sized goliath carrying 2 1/2 tons around on his shoulders!
I'm playing the same mix and considering three levels of Paladin with the Oath of Glory to get Peerless Athlete. Not sure it really matters in game, but being able to lift 4800 pounds allows me to pick up a full grown bull elephant seal, which is important, for reasons...
Peerless Athlete. As a bonus action, you can use your Channel Divinity to augment your athleticism. For the next 10 minutes, you have advantage on Strength (Athletics) and Dexterity (Acrobatics) checks; you can carry, push, drag, and lift twice as much weight as normal; and the distance of your long and high jumps increases by 10 feet (this extra distance costs movement as normal).
You just explained my current character, goliath bear totem that goes rune knight fighter. He is a brawler, his rage is described as channeling draconic power and teachings.

"We got this, no problem! I'll take the twenty on the left - you guys handle the one on the right!"🔊
Try buffing that with enhance ability and enlarge for two further doubles!
And your friends all call you Mule...
