I loved the concept of that so much for my first bard that I went out and purchased an Ocarina. Scratch that, I purchased FIVE of them (three of them from Ecuador while traveling there) and gave them out as gifts to the rest of my party and used one of the others as a prop during sessions.
My current Shaman/bard is only proficient in the shaman drum - and throat singing.

That's pretty metal. Do you try to do the throat singing or do you pull up something from The Hu?
