2024 Mantle of Majesty

1. To active Mantle of Majesty it is bonus action or free action ?

2. When Mantle of Majesty is active can i cast any spell + bonus action command ?

For sure i can attack then use command or cantrip and then command. My issue comes from rules. According to rules in 2024 One spell with a spell slot per turn.
Mantle of Majesty >> "you can cast Command as a Bonus Action without expending a spell slot." For me it should not count cuz command is a spell with a spell slot but this ability bypass expending slot.

The rule is that you can only cast one spell using a spell slot per turn. Casting Command with Mantle of Majesty doesn't use a spell slot, so you can still cast another spell that uses a spell slot on that same turn.

 My first question was what is the type of action to active Mantle of Majesty but i guess it works like u just start it with bonus action and use first command.

Mantle of Majesty is activated as a bonus action. As part of activating it, you cast Command without expending a spell slot. Until it ends or you lose concentration, you can use your bonus action each turn to cast Command without using spell slots.
