So, as the title suggests, I am trying to recreate Kreia from KOTOR II.
My team needed a support character, which I initially wasn't super excited about, but then I remembered how Kreia sees her ability to heal as a means of manipulation and I thought that would be a very cool roleplaying concept. I could be a healer, but I wouldn't need to go about it in the traditional "happy-to-help" sorta way.
My questions is: How do I maximize her potential? I was thinking I should multiclass, but I don't know how to best execute that. Maybe a Bard of Whispers?
My goal is to make my character someone that is highly manipulative and deadly, for that reason I really like the idea of giving her abilities that allow her to control others.
P.S.
Any suggestions on a good deity to worship would be nice because so far I just told my DM I'd work on it.
You are correct in your suggestion that a Bard of Whispers would make your character more like Kreia. My advice would be by LV5, you should have Cleric2/Bard3. The BI, Expertise and Words of Terror produce will help you in a supportive role which, as a cleric, I'm assuming is your main role in the group, whilst the psychic blade can help you survive. If you want, try and go for 5 levels in Bard to get the short rest cooldown on BI but wouldn't go beyond that, else you may as well switch to Bard.
As for gods, you probably want whatever the neutral god of knowledge for your campaign is (Oghma is in Forgotten Realms). Kreia is mostly a TN character, but if you want Darth Traya, you'll probs want the NE god of knowledge (Cyric, I think).
P.s. If I made Kreia, I would have had her a Enchantment Wizard, as the Alter Memories feature just fits her character so much.

Here's my character so far:
Mara Astoria - Knowledge Cleric - Level 1 (gonna be Level 2 next game)
