The thing about every class is that they have numerous variables, some not in the official materials. Clerics show this off better than most with their domains.
That all said, there are some domains that are untouched by both the official and homebrew material. Also, seriously people, why are there multiples of some domains in the homebrew section? 3+ Darkness domains is going a little overboard. That said, there are a few domains still untouched and untapped by the community here, like the Fertility domain. I have a pretty good idea of why that hasn't been made an official domain, getting a bit too close to the less family-friendly side of the game in most peoples' eyes. However, I haven't found the Fertility domain in Homebrew either, and I have used the search to prove it is not currently an option.
Another domain that I haven't seen touched is the domain of Might, I think it would be interesting to see a more brute force type of domain.
I would try working on these domains myself, but I'm not confident or competent enough with that part of D&D Beyond to properly make new subclasses just yet
The thing about domains in 5th edition is that they're very broad. They have to be broad so they can cover a wide variety of characters and gods. Even the Forge domain, which at first glance seems like a very narrow concept, is linked to broader concepts of creativity and creation.
Fertility and might are just too narrow. The former is a subset of the Life and Nature domains, while the latter is a subset of War, Storm and Nature.
