does the feature allow me to apply my wisdom modifier to all damage rolls done by the cantrip or do i need to choose one damage roll to apply it to like similar features? Like the intuitive answer is all damage rolls and it is the one the rules seem to imply and yet it also seems that the designers made the feature with the assumption that the cleric would never use cantrips that have more than one damage roll
this is useful information for any arcana cleric who gets green flame blade, since that lets me have an pretty decent DPS ratio

Potent Spellcasting applies to all damage rolls. It really doesn't matter unless you're an Arcana Domain cleric with Green-Flame Blade or Booming Blade though. None of the cantrips on the cleric spell list use more than one damage roll.
also rather interesting since this makes potent spellcasting more powerful than divine strikes in terms of the damage bonus gained, and makes the spellcasting heavy subclass also arguably better at melee combat DPS than the more melee combat focused subclasses of cleric, rather interesting

rather apropriate since the arcana domain and the two cantrips are both exclusive to sword coast adventurers guide
