I'm thinking of going echo knight with my fighter. But I'm still confused by some things. So for level 3 Echo Knight, you get an echo to manifest. What I'm confused about is when you attack.
So the order is: attack action, bonus action(manifest echo) sending him 15 feet, action surge, attack, Unleash Incarnation. So I attack 3/4 times in one turn?
Lv 5: attack action, extra attack, manifest echo, action surge, attack action, extra attack, Unleash Incarnation( attack, extra attack) That's 6/7 attacks in one turn. Is that right, just trying to figure this out.

Correct. Three times at level 3. If you already had your Echo summoned and were dual wielding, you could attack 4 times. (You can also use Unleash Incarnation every time you take the Attack action, so Action Surge lets you use it again on the same turn if you want.)

Close. Your bonus action can happen at any time, so you can manifest the echo in any order. Neither Action Surge nor Unleash Incarnation consume your action economy - the former is X/short rest (X at level 3 is 1) and the latter is Y/long rest, where Y is your Con modifier. Assuming a Con modifier of at least +2, you could use up Unleash Incarnation like this:
BA Manifest Echo if you need to (it can already be out).
Attack action, which has an extra attack in it, consuming 1 use of Unleash Incarnation.
Action Surge for the Attack action again, which has an extra attack in it, consuming 1 use of Unleash Incarnation.
So the total is 4 attacks at level 3, and 6 attacks at level 5. You could always choose to only consume 1 use of Unleash Incarnation, which would be 3 attacks at level 3 and 5 attacks at level 5.
