Bonus Actions for pure fighter

A 20th level rogue with a shortbow does 43.5 damage.

How?  They get just one attack and the shortbow is 1D6+ 

With a 20 Dex, they get an extra 5 points.  So a max of 11.   What else are you adding to the 11 to get 43.5?

Sneak Attack : 10d6 (average 35).

3.5 (bow) + 5 (dex mod) + 35 (sneak attack) = 43.5 average damage
