I think you've possibly mistaken unarmed and unarmored. Unarmed means that the character isn't using a weapon (i.e. Unarmed attack).
The key thing to note is that the requirements to use each of these class features are specific to that feature only. The requirements to use Unarmored Defense don't have any relevance to the requirements for Unarmored Movement.

Yes thank you, corrected my first post.
I brought up other class features to compare rules wording - unarmored defense requires both being "naked" And not wielding a shield, while unarmored movement and martial arts class features requires being "naked" OR not wielding a shield. i am asking if i understand these rules correctly and monk can benefit from martial arts feature while wielding shield without armor (or wearing heavy armor without shield)
Not quite - the design team have talked on videos about the phrasing is using "common English" rather than "technical English"
So for Unarmored Movement, you have, "Starting at 2nd level, your speed increases by 10 feet while you are not wearing armor or wielding a shield."
This means that for the feature to work you cannot be wearing armor. You also cannot be wielding a shield. The use of "or" as a conjunctive means that if either condition is true, the feature does not function.
Wonder, why did they use two different rule wordings for unarmored defense and martial arts\unarmored movement if they meant same thing, I guess there wasn't any particular reason.
Tried to search similar question regarding rules wording, had no luck.
Can Martial Arts monk class feature be used, while monk is unarmed\using monk weapon and wearing only armor or shield?
From PHB
You gain the following benefits while you are unarmed or wielding only monk weapons and you aren’t wearing armor or wielding a shield
Which i translate as Martial arts ON if (unarmed OR monk weapon) AND ( !armor OR !shield)
Same wording for Unarmored Movement
Starting at 2nd level, your speed increases by 10 feet while you are not wearing armor or wielding a shield.
But for Unarmored Defense it is explicitly says no armor and no shield (!armor AND !shield)
Beginning at 1st level, while you are wearing no armor and not wielding a shield, your AC equals 10 + your Dexterity modifier + your Wisdom modifier.
Am I wrong somewhere?

Great, thank you very much for explaining
