What happens if a monk charges a monster going 200 feet in 6 seconds?
Base speed 50ft, turn before activated boots of speed not going 100 ft, spend a ki to dash as a bonus action or as a main action dash and hit a monster with an attack as a bonus action.
For a monk to attack as a bonus action they must also use their action to attack. Also you can't both dash as a bonus action AND attack as a bonus action.
He activates the boots the PREVIOUS turn. But you are right about him dashing as a bonus and attacking as a bonus.
In any case, the dashing does not in any way increase damage.
I never mentioned the boots. I pointed out that you can't bonus action attack unless you also action attack which means you can't use your action OR bonus action to dash.
I would houserule that you get to deal a little extra damage or push a target. Nothing crazy, but some kicking you while running at 22 miles per hour would hurt a lot.

A fool pulls the leaves. A brute chops the trunk. A sage digs the roots.
As for the charging you can dash and bonus action attack someone. Not sure if that is how charging works.
No, you can't. Not in the same round, at least. Or are you taking about the Charger feat? Because that explains pretty well what happens if you use that option.

My Improved Lineage System
I'm sorry should have made this more clear.
Monk has a base speed of 50ft
Activated boots of speed before hand and is going 100ft
Bonus action spent a ki point to dash. So is going 200ft
Normally, you would get 2 attacks but with boots you could use that action to dash. (not sure if that works)
But with 1 of your 2 attacks you hit the monster.
