I have multiple books, including Xan's guide, but when I got to pick my subclass all there is Horizon Walker and Monster Slayer. Is Gloom Stalker no longer a subclass?
You gain a Ranger subclass of your choice. The Beast Master, Fey Wanderer, Gloom Stalker, and Hunter subclasses are detailed after this class’s description. A subclass is a specialization that grants you features at certain Ranger levels. For the rest of your career, you gain each of your subclass’s features that are of your Ranger level or lower.

Ranger Archetypes
At 3rd level, a ranger gains the Ranger Archetype feature. The following options are available to a ranger, in addition to those offered in the Player’s Handbook: the Gloom Stalker, the Horizon Walker, and the Monster Slayer.
Not sure what you doing but there for me for both source books
i have both books but i can only access them through someone else campaign. i can't access the subclasses through mine because i dont' have the legacy tabs and i dont know how to turn it on or off.
If you’re in a campaign and sharing is enabled, you can access. I believe 1 member has to be master tier enrolled. If you purchase the digital content and having issues contact support. Because the digital content should be on your account. Or make sure that you are linked properly with a campaign that meets the requirements of sharing.
I am having the same problem. I bought Xanathar's Guide to Everything when it came out and until today I could always pick gloom stalker. The group I am in doesn't use any of the 2024 rules

Thank you for contacting at Wizards of the Coast Customer Support, and for your questions about playing Legacy subclass options with the new 2024 Core Rules. It appears that you are in the process of creating a 2024 Class. At this juncture, we advise utilizing a 2014 Class in order to access your 2014 Subclass within the Character Builder. All the public information regarding the 2024 rules updates for D&D Beyond can be found in our Changelog Article and this Updates in the Player’s Handbook (2024) post. In the Changelog article above, under "Backwards Compatibility with 2014 Material", it states:
"You will continue to be able to play with game materials from the 2014 ruleset. Much of this older content will be flagged with the Legacy badge and be usable with the 2024 rules.
However, if an older subclass was updated for the 2024 Player’s Handbook, that subclass will not be useable with the 2024 class.
If you are playing a 2024-character class, but using a subclass not updated in the 2024 Player's Handbook, that character will still consult the 2024 spell list.
There will be no change in your experience if you choose a 2014 subclass and play it with its 2014 class."
The last sentence means if you own the Legacy version of a subclass that has been updated in the 2024 Player's Handbook (like the Gloomstalker Ranger from Xanathar's Guide to Everything), that Legacy version is only available for a character made with a 2014 Legacy version of that class. So, when using the Character Builder to build such a character, scroll down on the class selection screen to choose the relevant 2014 class, so the appropriate Legacy options appear for your character.

I see it under core rules but not expanded rules(Tash's, Xanathar's) and its the 2024 version I'm seeing.
I have both books through DND Beyond and can select either version of gloom stalker now. The problem may have been fixed during October-November 2024.
