personally… this is a gag character at best. Can you image some 6’10 nearly 300 pound guy sneaking and raging at the same time, doing acrobatics in the process… possibly failing too but still I wouldn’t mind playing him.
I Thought about deleting him but I don’t know, what do you all think of him? How well would he do in a campaign?
Hmm, quick looking at it, aren't you lacking a few proficiency/expertise?
Your Rogue level should have granted you a couple, as well as "Skills" from Variant Human, but they show as "No Choice Made". Maybe it's an error from the Sheet, not sure.
Aside from that, he'd make a good, strong, Pirate! Haha Or maybe mercenary/body guard. Grappler for those melee combat, perhaps acrobatics from using ropes and such...
Certainly not your typical Rogue (the stealthy-sneaky side might not be his forte) but I'm sure he'd fit some settings pretty well!

I mean you could easily just fluff the rage at them going all quiet and hyper focused on the task instead of actual raging and it would be perfectly fine. Or, since raging only lasts for ~6 seconds if you don't attack or take damage, just very animal like sneaking up on their target first before letting lose a whirlwind of fury to end things quickly (think a crocodile or lion or such).
Put one of your unused proficiencies and perhaps even expertise into Athletics to make grappling even easier. Unless you are specifically aiming to use the pinning feature of the Grappler feat you might want to take Tavern Brawler instead so you get a d4 for unarmed strikes and can make a grapple attempt whenever you hit with an unarmed strike or an improvised weapon on your turn. You also haven't picked a Fighting Style yet so Unarmed Fighting might be of interest here (1d6/1d8 damage dice for unarmed strike and a free 1d4 damage to one creature grappled by you at the start of your turn).
You haven't picked a Barbarian subclass yet either so there's lots of options to make the character more fun as well. Personally I like the idea of taking Storm Herald to cook the one you grappled alive even if it's not necessarily the strongest pick.
I don't see that as a gag character at all unless you actually roleplay them as sneaking around very angrily. ^^

I've never encountered a forum where I got this many "talking to a wall" impressions as this one...
