I'd got with an ASI. Probably boost your CHA and STR.
You've got two attack-roll cantrips. You've got a save-based 1st level spell. So by increasing your CHA you'll be increasing the odds of those landing or doing move damage. (Not to mention spells you take later on.) And if you're using witch-bolt, you really don't want it to miss and waste a spell slot. (I'm guessing you're using the idea of twinning it and then dealing damage to two targets each turn?)
And the STR is because I'm guessing from the high STR and Green Flame Blade you have that you like going melee too. So again it's going to increase your odds of hitting and the damage. (Boosting WIS to increase those skills isn't a bad idea either.)
You already have Sorcerer Initiate it looks like giving you some additional spells. So may as well make sure you can do what you're already doing better. (For martials I like feats as a way of adding more options, but as a spellcaster you already have your spell list.)
Take a 1/2 feat that rounds your cha up to 18. Many, such as fey touched, will also give you a couple spells.
Came here to say this. Fey Touched and Shadow Touched both give you a +1 to stat, and a spell. Fey touched for example gives you Misty Step and an Illusion Divination or Enchantment/Charm 1st level spell. https://www.dndbeyond.com/feats/fey-touched
Your exposure to the Feywild’s magic has changed you, granting you the following benefits:
Increase your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
You learn the misty step spell and one 1st-level spell of your choice. The 1st-level spell must be from the divination or enchantment school of magic. You can cast each of these spells without expending a spell slot. Once you cast either of these spells in this way, you can’t cast that spell in this way again until you finish a long rest. You can also cast these spells using spell slots you have of the appropriate level. The spells’ spellcasting ability is the ability increased by this feat.
Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.

Came here to say what he came here to say. Lol. But seriously, this is the best of both worlds.

I am having trouble deciding between a feat or asi for my, now level 4, Warforged Divine Soul Sorcerer.
If I go feat, I'd like to gain more spells with something like magic initiate or ritual caster.
Or if I go asi, I'd like to improve my con, wis, or cha.
I'm attempting to balance between healing/ support, melee when needed, and damage-dealing spells.
I attached my character sheet above for reference for stats and spells.
Any insight into this is greatly appreciated!
edit: I forgot to mention that I have Magic initiate as a place holder for now. I can easily take it away if that’s the best option
