I've been looking into Warlocks quite a bit recently (particularly Pact of the Blade/Hexblades) and I was wondering, what are the ideal Patrons for all of the Pacts (including Talisman from TCoE)? Here are my thoughts:
Blade: Hexblade, No brainer.
Chain: GOO? Haven't experimented with this as much.

Tome and Talisman: ?????
Could you please say what book each are from.

Pact of the Time goes well with GOO, Entropic Ward pairs well with more cantrips.
upcoming: Mages of Lorehold, Silverquill and Witherbloom: Strixhaven
Regarding your question about pact boons and patrons: All pact boons work for all patrons, except The Seeker, who has a special pact boon only available for this subclass.
Your‘re right about blade and hexblade working really good together, but IMHO that‘s because the Hexblade was created to make the blade work as a melee fighter. Chain and Tome are fine by themselves, and the Talisman is considered weak.
Mechanically I don't think there is a real connection outside hexblade as you mentioned and maybe genie and chain, getting a invisible familiar to carry what you are hiding in is pretty sweet. Though tome can do it okay with just find familiar.
Thematically I think its more your characters personality than the patron.
I agree with my dude but I also have my own preferences. Hexblade with pact of the blade, no brainer, no other class has a chance at comparing and trying to go melee theme without the armor and shield from hex would waste potential.
Goo, Fey, celestial: I prefer tome, these guys should focus on utility spells when forced to sacrifice a spell slot, giving more versatility with extra cantrips helps a lot, and I look for magic initiate and fey/shadow touched to keep adding free slots.
genie/undead/fiend: the chain fits the flavor. The chain is often underrated but probably is the best if used properly. Scouting with invisible imp, help action whenever you want, deliver spells without getting in harms way. The other pacts may help your character expand faster at early levels but cantrip value is sparse in the mid game, the help action just keeps getting better as the CR increases
I think talisman can fit undead solidly as well. Like I said its more your personality than the class features but talisman feels a lot like a gris-gris amultet/bag. undead seem a solid thematic match with voodoo/hedge witches thematically, I know little about the actual religions behind these concepts but like the hollywood vision of them. So voodoo/gris-griss=undead/talisman.

But which Patrons do you recommend? I'm still not sure

Ok Thankyou!

Ok, so, based on this information, these are what I reckon are the best:
Blade/Hexblade
Chain/Genie
Tome/GOO
Talisman/Archfey
Thank you guys!
