I know theirs a multclass spellist so you dont lose spell slots and known.
Ive also seen am answer for Eldritch Knight-Wizard and it said EK is 1/3 wizard or smth etc, But the warlock list isnt exactly the same as the wizard so does anyone have an idea?
How i do multiclass from lvl7 EK to warlock? How do my spellslots and known work? Should i just start from 1 again and keep the slots of the EK and just add on from Warlock lvl1?
the whole 1/3rd thing is referring to EK's progression as a spellcaster. For example, a regular caster gets access to a higher level of spells every two levels, and half casters get them every four levels, while 1/3rd casters (like EK) get a new spell level every 6 levels.
So, to answer your question of "just add on from warlock lvl 1?", yes. your spell slots as a warlock do not affect your EK slots. You just get seperate pact slots. for example, if you're a lvl 8 EK and lvl 3 warlock, then you get two 2nd lvl slots for EK, and two 2nd lvl slots for warlock. If you were to continue with warlock, say to lvl 11, you'd get three 5th level slots, but you'd still only have two 2nd level slots for EK.
I've played with the idea before and the build I came up with is starting fighter with 15 STR, 17 CHA, 16 CON, then pick up hexblade 1 (or 2 if you want range coverage), then back to EK until 8 picking up fey touched along the way, then back to hexblade for the third level. I love how it it scales well with war magic. This feels like a true gish! by 11th level, I get a GWM build fully online with 20 CHA and a really nice eldritch blast ranged option. Sure, it's damage isn't crazy by any means, but it isn't bad either. It's just good.
The true benefit to this build is it makes EK feel so much more like a magical fighter rather than just "the fighter that gets access to the shield spell and find familiar."
This is perfect! So i dont continue through the Warlock Table? I reset from spellcasting lvl1?
You keep all of your known spells and spell slots from your Eldritch Knight levels. When you take a level into Warlock, follow the rules for the amount of spells and spell slots gained for a 1st-level Warlock. Warlock spell slots have different progression than other spellcasters, so it's best to keep them in a seperate note.
For clarity, you would count as an 8th-level character, as you have 7 Fighter (Eldritch Knight) levels, and 1 Warlock level.
You can use the spell slots granted by your Warlock pact with spells granted by your Eldritch Knight training, and vice versa.
