Player is a Battle Master whose race option gives them Eldritch Blast. They don't get all the fancy Warlock additions to the cantrip and sunk everything into Fighter attributes, but expressed wanting their Eldritch Blast to be better. I have informed them it was a choice they made to ignore caster attributes so of course it would be weaker, but I would like to give them something to encourage it's use as a situational ranged attack as it does bring more of a special flavor than just "I equip my bow."
My problem is that I have very little experience DMing Warlocks or anything related to Warlocks, so I am having trouble coming up with items related to Eldritch Blast, lol.
Here are the following thoughts on making the EB better:
1. Damage - you could get them hex 1x per day. Not great, if they stat dumped charisma. 2. +1 spell focus (as long as the casters in the party already have one)
Without a warlock level you technically can't get agonizing blast from eldritch adept so that won't help. If he doesn't even have a 13 charisma I don't know what there is to say.

Whoops! Sorry. Strange though everyone can’t get it.
That's for the suggestions thus far! I did forget to mention that WIS is his casting stat for the racial spells he was given which he didn't completely ditch (it's +2), but at Lv.7 he's taken every single ASI available as STR and DEX only to wonder why his Eldritch Blast is weaker than his weapons, lol.
So far I'm liking the idea of trying to give him a modifier from Warlock. Illusionist's Bracers was something I spotted that seems interesting too.
The whole party opted to be Fighters, so there's no caster competition.
The supplement I'm using labels this race as Fey (their version is exclusive so it isn't like the classical DnD Fey in something like Witchlight for example). Thus I think there could be an avenue to have them gain a modifier that normally only Warlocks can have as sort of a narrative reward for exploring more about his race.
I would just allow them to take the Eldritch adept feat for agonizing blast (even though RAW he doesn't meet the prerequisites). If they want eldritch blast to be more powerful they should choose it over something else.
1d10+Wis is likely to be on a par with 1d8 + Dex and as long as they remain single class fighter they have the same number of attacks except for levels 17 to 19 (if you get that far)
Force Damage is less often resisted but if they get a magic bow that is negated, if the whoile party are fighters their is likely to be a lot of competition for magic bows however.
As they are level 7 they wont have to wait long as they can choose this at the next level up.
My 2cp worth...take a bit of inspiration from Hank in the 80's D&D cartoon.
Give the character an arcane spell focus that looks like a bow that lacks a string, if they use it as an additional material component to cast eldritch blast they can use their Dex modifer for the attack, effectively giving them a magical bow.

Any suggestions?
It’s not an item, but if they pick up the Eldritch Adept feat they can receive Agonizing Blast that way to power it up.
Another suggestion would be Low AC enemies with resistance or immunity to weapon damage. Making force damage something nice to have.

Allow it to use strenth for attack roll and it does 1d6+str
Trade off is that only has a 40ft range
More or less you are flavoring a fight throwing a javelin as eldrich blast
