The Warlock invocation says it's repeatable, which means I can take it multiple times. But on dndbeyond, once picked I can't pick it again at a later time.
all you can do is post it in the bug section and hope they fix it sooner rather than later

Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.
Agonizing blast is repeatable. It's just not stackable.
Agonizing Blast
Prerequisite: Level 2+ Warlock, a Warlock Cantrip That Deals Damage
Choose one of your known Warlock cantrips that deals damage. You can add your Charisma modifier to that spell’s damage rolls.
Repeatable. You can gain this invocation more than once. Each time you do so, choose a different eligible cantrip.

I think what they're getting at is that while Agonizing Blast is repeatable under the rules, D&D Beyond still doesn't actually allow you to take it more than once, or for any cantrip other than Eldritch Blast.

You can use AB on any warlock cantrip you want. The real question is why would you want to do that? EB works well because it's multiple beams, and applies you cha mod to each beam. So at level 5, you shoot two beams and apply your cha mod to each. No other cantrip works that way. Other cantrips scale by doubleing the damage dice, but it remains a single hit, so agonizing blast never taps more than once/turn.
I'd honestly argue that AB should not be a thing, and all cantrips should add your caster bonus out of the box.

Besides Eldritch Blast, what else can you use Agonizing Blast for?
With the 2024 version of Agonizing Blast, you choose a specific Warlock cantrip to apply it to when you take the invocation, and you can take it multiple times to apply it to more cantrips.

There are builds where using AB on say True Strike can be good, I.E. Warlock/Eldritch Knight but those are pretty rare. Or you can use it on Sword Burst for a slightly stronger AoE Cantrip, If you have pact of the blade and are an Archfey Warlock, you can run in, Sword Burst + Misty Step (Dreadful Step) to wreck havoc with two AoEs... questionable how good these options truly are but they exist.
I almost put in a comment about niche cases, such as true strike and celestials potentially double-dipping on their level 6 feature, but I figured they were niche enough to not confuse the general context of my post.

At Level 14, the Archfey Patron warlock gains the Bewitching Magic feature, permitting the warlock to combine Misty Step with the casting of an Illusion or Enchantment spell. Thus, in one Action, the warlock can cast Greater Invisibility and then teleport somewhere, to potentially set up a 'Run Silent, Run Deep' scenario of submarine style attacks.

On this point, I will wholeheartedly agree: All cantrips that deal damage, irregardless of the type of caster, ought to permit the caster to add her/his Spellcasting ability modifier to the damage roll.

That does seem to be an issue, I also see that in the character sheet it isn't repeatable... when it should be.

It works now. Within DND Beyond you can take multiple Lessons of the First One Invocations.
Lessons of the Old Ones is repeatable!?
Wow.......maybe there is hope for Agonizing Blast.
