Play what you want to play. A sorcerer doesn't play like (or have the same roleplaying implications as) a warlock and that's really what you should be basing your decision on.
I guess you could start by asking: do you prefer inherent divine power or radiant power granted by a powerful patron? Would you prefer metamagic and a long-rest cleric/sorcerer spell list or short rest pact magic spells plus a nifty warlock pact boon? Multiclassing works if you want to play a Sorlock (everyone does) but I’d suggest you just pick a class and play it straight…you’ll get more power quicker.
My vote: Protector Aasimar (now you have your angel wings!) Celestial Warlock with Pact of Chain.
InquisitiveCoder, is right. They are both good it's all about what you want to play. Each have their own Flavor & Mechanics.
As someone who has a Celestial Warlock. I love the class, and the Healing Light mechanic has been very clutch for keeping the party going for me. That said there is a Divine Sorcerer in a party I'm in another game. He seems to be enjoying the character and it's our only healer.
If you do multiclass between them, both characters get big bonuses at 1 & 6th, so I'd recommend deciding which one you'd rather be at 6th first.
Healing Light+CHA modifier to Fire/Radiant damage makes Celestial Warlock better at both consistent damage and incidental healing in my opinion. You can Burst out tremendous damage with an upcasted by default Guiding Bolt or Flaming Sphere, your Firebolt spam probably gets +3 or 4 of you built things right, Chain Pact can Cure Wounds from a distance easily, and you have a great bank of better Healing Words to toss around. Now Burst Healing is gonna go to the Sorcerer for sure though, it's unfortunate there are not more Patron dependent Mystic Arcanum options, being able to choose Mass Cure Wounds, Heal, etc would be so cool for the Celestial Warlock but alas. The Sorcerer also wins on burst damage off of Empowered spells but they only get so many of those while the Warlock is the spam-king.

I aware that there both subclass of different classes. Which subclass better help there class.

They're both Charisma casters so multi-classing in both of them wouldn't be a bad idea.
DICE FALL, EVERYONE ROCKS!

Either way both subclasses are great.
