Your link to your patron allows you to serve as a conduit for radiant energy. You have Resistance to Radiant damage, and when you cast a spell that deals Radiant or Fire damage, you can add your Charisma modifier to one Radiant or Fire damage roll of that spell against one of its targets.
and Spirit Shroud can do Radiant Damage when you deal damage to creature within 10ft.
Does it work together or not?
Consider the difference between "when a spell you cast" and "when a spell you have cast". The latter would definitely support your interpretation. However, the former implies that you only get to apply the bonus at the time you cast the spell, so it wouldn't work with a spell like Spirit Shroud (which doesn't deal the damage at the time of casting).
