Warlock Celestial Lv.6 Said Your link to your patron allows you to serve as a conduit for radiant energy. You have Resistance to Radiant damage, and when you cast a spell that deals Radiant or Fire damage, you can add your Charisma modifier to one Radiant or Fire damage roll of that spell against one of its targets.
and Spirit Shroud can do Radiant Damage when you deal damage to creature within 10ft.
I don't see any reason those two things couldn't work together, though keep in mind that it only works on one damage roll of the spell against one target, so it's less useful on an ongoing area spell like Spirit Shroud.
You are quoting the old version of Radiant Soul, by the way; the 2024 version is:
Your link to your patron allows you to serve as a conduit for radiant energy. You have Resistance to Radiant damage. Once per turn, when a spell you cast deals Radiant or Fire damage, you can add your Charisma modifier to that spell’s damage against one of the spell’s targets.
But it doesn't really make any difference for this question. The wording on this version is a little vague as to whether it can be triggered by the same spell more than once, but I think the intent is for it to work the same as the old one.
Consider the difference between "when a spell you cast" and "when a spell you have cast". The latter would definitely support your interpretation. However, the former implies that you only get to apply the bonus at the time you cast the spell, so it wouldn't work with a spell like Spirit Shroud (which doesn't deal the damage at the time of casting).
