Has anyone made a custom class build for the Yuan-ti warlocks in Volo's Guide to monsters? I was really hoping to play one. Additionally if anyone has a Yuan-ti Malison race build it would be very appreciated.
Poison Resilience. You are immune to poison damage and the poisoned condition.
Innate Spellcasting. You can cast the animal friendship spell at will on a snake. Starting at 5th-level, you can cast suggestion once per day. At 7th-level, you can cast fear once per day and can cast suggestion three times a day instead of once. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells. You can't use these spells while in serpent form.
Natural Weapons. You are proficient in your unarmed strikes, which take the form of a bite or constrict. Bite: On a hit, the target takes 1d4 + Strength modifier piercing damage and must make a Constitution saving throw (the DC is 8+Constitution Modifier+Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the target takes 1d6 poison damage. Constrict: On a hit, the target takes bludgeoning damage equal to 1d6+your Strength modifier. In addition, the target is grappled (see the grappling rules in the PHB).
Sepent Form. You have the ability to polymorph into a large snake as an action. Your statistics are the same in both forms. While in serpent form, you can't cast spells, and the only attacks you can make are the attacks granted by your natural weapons trait.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Abyssal, Common, and Draconic fluently.
Natural Armor. While you are not wearing armor, your AC equals 12 + your Dexterity modifier.
Yuan-Ti Weapon Training. You have proficiency with blowguns, longbows, and scimitars.
Devious serpent folk devoid of compassion, yuan-ti manipulate other creatures by arousing their doubts, evoking their fears, and elevating and crushing their hopes. From remote temples in jungles, swamps, and deserts, the yuan-ti plot to supplant and dominate all other races and to make themselves gods.

Yuan-Ti Purebloods could easily be Great Old One Warlocks. Dendar is listed as an example of a Great Old One Patron, and he's also one of the deities of the Yuan-Ti race.
1 slight problem, not in the balancing, how will you fit such creature in an adventuring party? or even in a campaign? Imagine it. walking a round with a human fighter, elf wizard, dwarf cleric and suddenly and a malison? Normally people would take arm and try to kill such creature since they are known to enslave and eat people? unless the setting has a way to explain it'll be a very hard time for the player.
That's why they made pureblood since they look very human with very small features that keeps their true identity.

Born under the watch of something from the furthest corners of the far realms.... It knows all.... it sees all... and it asks: "What is it that you want to see?"... and my answer is... ALL"
Maybe yuan-ti malisons would try to hide their serpentine features (snake head = where a hood; snake arms = poncho; snake tail = that's hopeless. Everyone will notice that).

I am also curious. I am planning on playing a Yuan-Ti Abomination Warlock.

Well, they all have the Agonizing Blast, Devil's Sight, and Eldritch Spear Invocations. Something tells me that's not what you're looking for, though.
