I apologize if something like this has already been brought up, but many of the Chain familiar options in the player's handbook aren't exactly appropriate for a Celestial Warlock. While reading a homebrewed celestial warlock (months before it appeared in Unearthed Arcana), it gave two familiar options for anyone who took the Chain boon, the coure and the lantern archon. In the same way that most of the Chain familiars can give spell resistance, the coure and lantern archon can give the Protection from Evil effect. I might try looking up their stats, as I have seen them somewhere.
Lantern Archons were included in the 3.5 SRD, so check out d20srd.org and homebrew from those stats.
Otherwise, pseudodragons make fine good-aligned chained familiars. Or an important that has been chained against its will could be a fun counterpoint. Or just reskin one of the existing familiars with a cherub or other celestial flavour.
