You can only have one pact of the blade weapon at a time.
"You can transform one magic weapon into your pact Weapon by performing a special ritual while you hold the weapon. ... The weapon ceases being your pact weapon if you die, if you perform the 1-hour ritual on a different weapon, or if you use a one-hour ritual to break your bond to it."
However, Disguise Self presents as an illusion. It doesn't change what you're wearing/carrying. So your sword or bow, whichever isn't your pact weapon, would be disguised by the illusion.
According to the Pact of the Blade, you can only have one pact weapon.
However, Disguise Self is an illusion. Any gear or weapons that you are carrying or wearing is hidden by the illusion. So whichever weapon is not your pact weapon would be hidden by that illusion.
Most people ficus on the combat effect invocations, but utility spells can be useful. If your campaign is humanoid-focused, mask of many faces is really great. Also eyes of the rune keeper for reading that ancient writing in the lost temple, etc.

This is about how I enjoy playing a Warlock. i will pick up Agonizing Blast, so I can do decent damage in combat then go for the useful stuff. Right now I have Book of Ancient Secrets as a human and I have 7 useful cantrips. Then I picked up Eldritch Sight and Eyes of the Rune.Keeper. Looking to pick up Mask of Many faces soon.
I played a Celestial Warlock named Rei Faenir who basically took all the 'eye' based Invocations and spells. She didn't blink, and didn't need sleep. She had Devil's Sight, the Ghostly Vision, and eventually took True Sight as one of her Arcanum spells.
It was really fun to play around that theme, and she was very creepy just always staring at people. I would defs recommend rolling with that idea that you've got there.

But based on Pact of the blade, you can only have one weapon as your pact weapon.

Shroud of shadow is different from one with shadows which is what you’re thinking of
I like the idea of pairing Aspect of The Moon (XGtE): you no longer need sleep. with Devil's Sight (PHB): you can see normally in darkness.
And then not telling anyone in my party. Everyone Taking watch while camping.
"Hey dude, you going to sleep?" -- "Yeah, yeah, just want to read my books a little."
"Don't you need a light to read by?" -- "No, no, I'm fine like this."
Through every watch, every night. When daylight finally comes around I'm as bright eyed as everyone else.
