I'm new to the game and have a Druid who took the Magic Initiate Feat to get the Wizard spell Find Familiar. However, a little late, I can't determine if I have a good chance of successfully casting the spell with my INT. of 10 with modifier 0. As a druid, my spellcasting stat is WIS. 21, mod 5. How do I figure out my chances of the spell working? I don't want to try and drag my party to a major city to buy a Headband of Intellect... Any guidance is appreciated!
In general spellcasting, there is no roll to cast. You just cast. How effective the spell may be will vary by spell: some may require making rolls to attack or for damage. But the "casting" is 100% success, regardless.
Find Familiar doesn't require any rolls. So, it is 100% chance of success and takes full and complete effect.

And no, Druid's can't summon a familiar in any way, which is weird in my books. You can use the Awaken spell to have an animal companion who speaks and is charmed by you, but you can't use their senses or have them help in combat.

Using the rules from Tasha's Cauldron of Everything there is a Wild Companion optional feature. It allows druids to cast Find Familiar using Wild Shape but the familiar is temporary.

Oh, I didn't know that! My DM gives me access to Tasha's too. Maybe I didn't need to take the feat. I mean, using your familiar in combat at higher levels makes every familiar temporary and you have to recast to get them back...
In the character creator you can enable optional features from Tasha's, although there may also be a campaign option the DM can set to allow or disallow them. So you could probably pick up a different feat or switch out your spell to some other utility wizard spell that doesn't require an attack or saving throw.

Can't druids summon a familiar using their wild shape?
I got quotes!
So happy to hear that, thank-you!

All generalizations are false.
Thank you!
