No. Each character can only get one subclass from each class (Schools in the case of the Wizard). There is no prohibition in getting spells from each school, but there is no way to combine abilities from multiple schools, like say a Diviner/Evoker Wizard with Portent and Sculpt Spells.
Most people are only majoring in one thing in college, although they might take some Gen Ed requirements too. So you're an evoker wizard, and that's what you've mainly studied, but maybe you know a couple abjuration and divination spells too.
