So, l was looking at some of the homebrew in my collection, and when l click on them, where they'd normally give the details of the homebrew, it says "This item is no longer accessible." even though l can still add them to my characters and look on their pages. The weirdest part is it's not happening to all my collection, just ones made by spesific users, like IamSposta. What's going on?
There was an issue a while back with homebrewers trying to game the poor sort/filtering options to increase visibility of their homebrew by naming them to begin with 'a,' and I seem to recall some of Sposta's stuff falling afoul of that, though that item legitimately should begin with a. But that was ages ago, and I'm not sure that accounts for all of what's suddenly gone missing for you.
Yeah. I hope it's just coincidence, but shortly before it happened, l joined a campaign with sposta, and now that they're gone, the homebrew they shared aren't available anymore, (And the homebrew l linked to, which l had long before then, as well as "A Healing Spell For Wizards By Vaprak_The_Destroyer". I just found two more, "Widogast's Web of Fire by FireClawDM" and "Widogast's Vault of Amber By JadeBarker" (is it because they're Critical role spells? Were they added in the newest book?
I'd guess that the healing spell was removed for the 'begins with a' issue, and the other for copyright -- the spells haven't been published in a book AFAIK, but they'd still probably count as 'you can homebrew this for your own use but you can't publish it.'

Aye. "Publishing" is the act of stating "I made this" - you cannot publish something that isn't yours, and this site even extends that it's still a no even if you have permission from that author. Only publish what you made.
You are free to use in your own campaigns/for your characters, but no, you aren't allowed to "publish" it.
