I'd like to ask to be able to remove coins from the currency without having to calculate the amount of coins I have.
e.g.: if I have 25 gold coins and want to remove 5 silver coins, I'd like to insert 5 in the silver coins slot and than click on the "remove" button and have the right ammount of coins in the currency.

No, the DDB character sheet does not automatically make change for you. If you wish to independently verify this you can make a new character and you will receive between 5-15 gold pieces as starting gold with most backgrounds. If you then “remove” 5 silver pieces, it it does not automatically make any conversions or change.

I hope this has been helpful.
It works as i said, but i understand you want instant conversion. thats an entire system. though i would hope to get it... im fine just using the add and remove buttons to do exactly that. i mean its... 1 click more only. i always wondered why people are so... into clicking less even if its just literally 1 more second. i can understand in games where the more click and you win. but in D&D.
you can add numerous currency at the same time and you can remove many currency at the same time. just giving my 2 cents... i dont think its necessary... i would like it too, if it gets done, but i dont think its necessary.

Good afternoon,
I'd like to ask to be able to remove coins from the currency without having to calculate the amount of coins I have.

Is that possible?
It’ s not possible yet, but maybe this will help. Think of it like this:
So 25gp - 5sp = 24gp & 5sp

Well, I can do that, no problem.
What I'm suggesting is just to make our lives easier.
isn't the add and remove button doing that ?

just ran into this issue today. Managing the different values of coin make using silver and copper very annoying.
