Spells appear twice or 3x on list.
Recreate:
Go to spells -- no classes selected
advanced filters:
Components when 2 are selected (ex. "V" and "S"), spells appear twice. When all three are selected, spells appear three times.
Press "Filter Spells"

Very strange, this wasn't happening the other day when I was using the V, S, and M filters.
Devs - who broke the spells? Did someone let Adohand touch things?
