The other weapons of warnings are listed in the magic item list but no specific WHIP of Warning, which is what I got back in the day!
It would be great if they would add it. In the meantime, you should be able to homebrew it.

The Whip of Warning is in the builder. It doesn't appear in the listing since only the generic Weapon of Warning does.
