It would be helpful to me to be able to rate home-brew content by their creator. Therefore if I find a content creator who's content / style / balance I can highlight other content by them as well.
Similarly it would be cool to have a way to receive constructive criticism on stuff we create. "Love the idea, but the Sword of Destroys Everything might be a tad OP."

On the flip side, I really dislike having to say, "but I don't know when it's going to happen"
Anyways, there are changes coming to the homebrew system including improvements that allow ratings and feedback - I don't have specifics on how at this point.
You can filter homebrew by user(under advanced filters) so that if you like one thing by a user, you can easily find other content by the same user. Not sure if that's what you meant but I've used it several times before.
@Sithenin Thank you, but no. I'm aware I can do that, but that's not the same as filtering by a favorites list. Lets say I like your content AND Stormknight's content... I want to see all the new stuff, etc.
