Hello folks. I would like to suggest that the customize section of a weapon have the option to add "extra dice". This would be used for buffs like Hunter's Mark, Bless, Guidance, etc. The Use case would be to create a second version of a carried weapon that one uses when the weapon is buffed. On a successful hit roll, clicking the damage dice button also rolls the buff dice. My example is a Longbow +1 buffed with Sharp Shooter (damage bonus in yellow box, no changes required) & Hunter's Mark. (New section I added [crudely] in the red box). Weight override is already included, so this will not be an issue. Changing the Image like a Magic Item would be a super bonus ;).
SS has a -5 penalty To Hit in addition to the +10 bonus to Damage.
Hunters Mark can be added as an Attack and the damage dice would show on the Bonus Actions tab.
Understood, and after I created this graphic I realized I forgot to but the -5 in the graphic. Whoops. This graphic is only an example and respectfully my sloppy photoshop work is not the point. I also know that the d6 shows up as "Other" in Actions. However, depending on how many items one has in the equipment list this die may show very low in the list and is not convenient to scroll to and may be forgotten. What's more one still has to do that dreaded math! :)
The point of this suggestion is to make the customization of an item more dynamic. My sample is only meant as one possible example... Hunter's Mark will not be the only use...
