I'm wondering if there's a way, or could be a possibility to add in the future, the ability to make homebrew content campaign-specific. So when I am running a different campaign those players can't pick a spell or item made for a specific campaign
It's not possible currently. I agree it would be wonderful to have.

I have not ran more than 1 at a time since getting DNDB. But yes, I agree this would be good. I have few items I created for a specific character.
To add to this request, I would like to see a created item able to be assigned to a single person in a campaign and not even visible to others.
