The "search everything" bar is underdeveloped, missing features, unoptimized, and generally less than useful.
It is usually more useful to use Google's "site:" filter. You can get creative using subdirectories to search specific parts of the site.
Yeah. I think the "Forums" selection button should be hidden until it is working. It's just confusing to have it suggesting that you might be able to see forum results using the site search and then not see anything. Ideally, that search would also find articles in the "Media" section. I'm cool with a feature not being fully implemented, but it should be hidden until it's ready.

Using the main site search, one of the options that shows up above the results is "Forums", but there de seems to be any results, there
