The character sheet revamp previews BadEye has shown would easily do this in the character sheet itself by selecting that skill and changing the attribute. Would be cool if that's something they would add in to what the homebrew feature sets of subclasses can do as well.
I have a subclass that uses Intelligence instead of Wisdom for Medicine checks. I don't believe I can do this yet.
