I know I can download the books on my phone so I can have them available to me offline. It would be nice to be able to do that from the web site to my computer as well so my content access does not have to rely on internet access. Is this possible to do with the current build of D&D beyond? If so, how do I download the content? If not, what are the chances of getting this thread in front of someone that could make this happen?
There is currently no official way to do this. (I have heard there are ways to make your PC emulate a mobile device and then use the mobile app, but I've not tried it). Curse staff has said its not currently on the roadmap. But they do pay attention to requests made here, so you e already taken a step to get it in front of the developers. if they are convinced a large enough contingent of folks need/want this feature to justify the time and resources it would take, and to make it more critical than other features currently on the roadmap, it will likely get added. But only they have all the needed data to do that math.
